A full review of environmental risk was undertaken for a refinancing exercise, with hold harmless and reliance letters produced for the junior and senior lenders.

The process involved a full review of information held by the client and their dedicated contractors, including review of the management systems.

1 — Planning

The reports apportioned a level of risk against 5 key performance items, reviewing all of the existing control measures being implemented.

2 — Cornerstone

Recommendations were discussed with the client where mitigations were deemed necessary, to ensure that all risks were adequately controlled.
